High ceilings littered with lights, a large projector screen, and surround sound SONOS speakers. A small kitchenette and single ADA-compliant bathroom are ample for the 1,100sf street-level space. Perfect for Arts-related events such as theater groups, performers of all types, book signings, art demos or presentations, or business meetings or retreats. The details: - 1100sf - street level, on the HarborWalk, across from the Barking Crab Restuarant - close to Courthouse T Station - easy load-in/load-out (cars/trucks pull up front) - fits 49 seats without tables (we have a few folding tables and two desks) - floor-to-ceiling windows with various draping options - tables and chairs offered for an additional fee (can be rented thru Envoy Hotel) - 9:00 AM to 10 PM access - near World Trade Center, Boston Convention Center, and Drydock/Black Falcon Terminal - ICA, Aquarium, Children's Museum, the Pavilion, Harborwalk, Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing - countless gourmet restaurants, easy grab-and-go eats, bars, and nightclubs galore - right off Silver Line T station, a 5-minute walk from South Station. - no loud music, and must be out by 10 PM or with advanced permission. - Alcohol is allowed only with a licensed bartender. - events with alcohol may be required to hire security. - A $1000 refundable security/damage deposit is required to book, via credit card preauthorization. -COI Certificate, naming Fort Point Arts Community as a holder is required in advance.
