All are welcome in the venue. Please note that we do not have a kitchen or fridge available to clean dishes & store food. What is required to secure the event date? To secure the event date, a $250 non-refundable deposit, a signed contract, a government-issued ID, and either an in-person tour or a phone consultation are necessary. Are tables and chairs included? No, tables and chairs are not included. You can rent 8 rectangle tables and 48 chairs for $150. When can I schedule a tour? Tours can be scheduled Monday through Friday.
