Eclectic, Light-filled Williamsburg Art Directors Loft and Photo Studio

One of Williamsburg’s most photo friendly lofts! Filled with plants, natural light and 11ft ceilings, it is great for a photo or video shoot. The open concept kitchen features large cabinets, dishwasher and a custom wood-working bar island— great for cooking and cocktail recipe demonstrations or filming. The living room is very large and is used for socializing. It features one leather sofa, two arm chairs and two mid century modern credenzas. We also offer to transform the living room space into a studio and have 3 seamless' available to use. Off the living area is a flex queen-sized bedroom with a skylight and full-size bathroom. The bedroom can be used as a changing space, but the bed itself is off-limits unless approved prior to your shoot. If you’d like to use the bed in photos or video, you must provide your own sheets, comforter, pillowcases, and bedding. This is an old artists paint studio without any elevator so you will need to carry equipment up two flights of stairs.
