The rooftop also includes several unique structures, skylights and windows, painted walls, stairways and other aesthetic features which will give you so many different ways to create! Event rentals are also available! Inquire with host. The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day outdoor parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle. There are several Truck Loading Bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 25ft freight elevator (Please see freight elevator schedule). The elevator is also operated by an attendant. The entrance to the rooftop has a 40" wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 5th floor of the building.
