The owner designed the kitchen based on her Norwegian grandmother’s kitchen from the 1950’s. The kitchen table seats 6-8 people. Two bright, minimalist bedrooms and a white and brushed brass bathroom are available for use. The flat is great for a variety of production shoots, including; photo shoots, video shoots, film shoots, interviews, youtube creation, product shoots, fashion shoots, lifestyle photography, food shoots, and much more. Fully renovated in 2021, the flat boast what might quite possibly be the best view in town. From the East Cliff Martello towers and the ferries leaving Dover, across the English Channel to the French white cliffs of Cap Blanc-Nez, Sunny Sands beach, Folkestone Harbour and Harbour Arm, Dungeness power station, the rooftops of Folkestone town, all the way to the Foord Viaducts. The flat is walking distance to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops of Folkestone. The building used to be a convalescence home for tuberculosis patients, before being converted to a hotel and eventually flats.
