These include 2 horror movies, 2 LGBTQ-themed movies, 1 Christmas movie, 2 boudoir-themed photo shoots, 2 food and beverage commercials, 1 GQ-style fashion commercial, 2 real estate commercials, 6 music videos, and 2 interviews with up-and-coming rappers/musicians. I look forward to helping you with many more! Capacity: 1-6 people. Pricing: • $49/hour for 1-3 people (min. 2 hour) • $55/hour for 4-6 people (min. 2 hour) • Overtime will be charged 50% more in an increment of 30 min. If you're late, the finish time will still be the same. Any extension after the booking time is up will be treated as Overtime. Please read the following notes carefully: • My condo unit can not accommodate more than 6 people at a time. There's not enough seating, and having more people around tends to create extra noise, which might disturb the neighbours. There's also a limitation to how much bulky equipment that the space can accommodate. Please keep the equipment to the minimum needed. • This is not a photo/film studio, it is my living space. Please treat it like your own home. • As this is my residential space, please send me a message one or two days in advance, so that I can better prepare to host you. Same-day last minute booking will be subject to availability despite being “available” in my calendar. • The egg chair is covered during winter, but the cover can be easily removed should you need to take pictures. The furniture cover on the dining set is tricky to remove, hence not recommended to be removed.
