Many activities could work at this space, from sound baths, yoga, meditation sessions to photo studio, dancing/pole and rings classes, art workshops to film locations. This space has lots of natural light because of the windows all along the house and skylights in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. It’s a 50s apartment aesthetic, very LA, with parking garage underneath the apartment and wood floors and ceilings. I provide a pole, for pole classes and rings to workout.
