Philly Create Studios is a full service content creation photo studio located in East Kensington area of Philadelphia. Our 2000 sq. ft studio is located on the 3rd floor of Maken Studios and provides plenty of character and attractiveness to the building. The space is surrounded with large tall ceiling windows facing facing towards the city. It offers great natural light as well as a view to see street parking that is free. Guest will have access to a large freight elevator down the hall makes transporting gear very easy to studio room. There are two large and very clean bathrooms on the floor, the woman’s bathroom is secured for safety but will get access code day of booking to open door. You'll have access to our wifi and speaker system when entering into space. Philly Create Studios is great for: - Creative Photo shoots -Content Creation - Film Production -Social Events -Vendor Events -Art Shows -Fashion Shows - Music video shoots - Small Meetings or conferences - Workshops AND MORE! Minimum Hours to book for production is 2 hours and events 4 hours. *For events your price adjust due to a Doorman fee that will let your guest into building throughout your timed event due to building being secured for safety reasons for other businesses and guest protection. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR EVENT BOOKINGS. *We offer studio tours is interested in seeing space, please message for tour dates. The studio is cleaned regularly after every event and at least 2-3 times a week to stay upon guidelines.

Standard 90 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
