This is a multi-level space with many rooms for shooting, filming, streaming, and recording. It is fully active studio, busy every day of the week, with a production, post-production, and admin crew, and we have completed more than 8000 projects since 1998. SPACE When renting our space on Peerspace, it will give you access to 2200 square feet (out of a total of 3600) including the big white cyclorama/green screen room, the orange soundproof room, the mezzanine with the big carpet and white couch, then a kitchenette and bathroom. The various spaces can be used for portraits, fashion photography, and products. Also, filmmakers can utilize the space and create different sets for music videos, interviews for documentaries, and livestreams. EQUIPMENT No equipment is included in the price, except the big white flood light ceiling above the white cyc/green screen area. You can rent from us all kind of light kits: fluo, tungsten, led, flash; cinematic or broadcast cameras; wireless lav or handheld mics, boom and condenser mics. CREW No crew is included in the price, but we are also a production studio, so should you need crew members for your project, we have a full team for filming, lighting, and audio for hire.
