Features: Spacious and Versatile: With 2000 sq. ft. of open space, our studio is ideal for various events, from corporate gatherings and workshops to photo and video shoots. Natural Light and City Views: Large, tall windows provide abundant natural light and offer captivating views of the city, creating an inspiring atmosphere. Easy Equipment Transport: A large freight elevator located down the hall makes transporting gear to the studio effortless. Convenient Amenities: Enjoy access to two clean and spacious bathrooms, with the women's bathroom secured for safety (access code provided on booking day). Bluetooth speaker available for your use. Free Parking: Ample street parking is available nearby, including at Harrowgate Plaza. Booking Information: Minimum Booking Hours: 4 hours for events. Furniture: Please note that furniture is not included. Check out our add-ons to customize your setup. Setup and Cleanup: Be sure to include setup and takedown time in your booking. The studio is cleaned regularly after every event and at least 2-3 times a week to stay upon guidelines.

Standard 90 jours
