Modern Elegant Event Space

Welcome to this beautiful event space – a 1,800 sq. ft multi-use venue, with a spacious, 2,000 sq ft gated, private backlot. This is perfect for hosting parties, dinner receptions, business events, open mics, and other types of performances. By day, this is a new contemporary art museum and we're thrilled to be a part of the Long Beach and LA County community. The large front room features 12 ft slatted ceilings; beautiful polyurethane concrete floors, and newly added lighting, as well as AC/heat. The second space is an office/multi-use space with a sink and mini fridge with a long, lacquered table with enough chairs to seat up to 14. Great for events, brunch/lunch/dinners, and business meetings. The backlot is spectacular – 2,000 sq ft, with a large sliding gate, perfect for parties or receptions. We're able to rent only the backlot with access to the restroom – you may bring your own tent or furniture to set up (for scale, the tent pictured is 20x20 feet). This is a beautiful outdoor space with simple access to the restroom. These 3 spaces can be used together or separately, for an indoor-outdoor event. Since this is a contemporary art museum, we ask that the walls not be used. Do note that you must bring your own PA system, microphones, outdoor tents, etc. Our staff will be there to welcome you, and will be present at the end of your event to bid you adieu!
