Spacious studio in Manhattan with large windows and lots of light. Good for meetings, trainings, workshops, classes, movement practices, somatic practices, & more! The space is 573 sq. ft. equipped with ADA compliant elevator access, three restrooms, lobby area, and a small kitchen. On site we have tables, chairs, music stands, a piano, a projector, a screen, and flexible seating. Additional rooms are available on site to support your event. Conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, we are located just southeast of Penn Station and are accessible by the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, M subway lines. SPACE DETAILS + FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: • Space Rules: No loud music, Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, No open flames. • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed at a moderate volume. DJ is not allowed. If you plan to bring your own speaker setup, please confirm with our team first. • Alcohol is permitted as long as everyone is over 21. • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • Food should be prepared prior to booking. No cooking abilities onsite.
