The location is less than a mile from Tryon Palace, the Governor's Palace from Colonial Days. The entire downtown is on the water including a riverwalk all around the downtown. There is a riverside park, marinas, a convention center, and restaurants with gorgeous views of the water. The apartment is 550 square feet and has a great room with two couches and an antique table that seats four. There is a full kitchen with all necessary amenities including a coffee bar. The kitchen can be stocked for your use. There is a full bath and bedroom with two closets. There are two TVs for your use and the internet for your business needs.
