Suburban home with in-ground pool

POOL! | Secluded backyard | cul-de-sac | 2,200+ Sq Ft | Outdoor Dining Area | Desk/Workstation Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Double Bed Bedroom 3: Two twin beds Bedroom 4: Two twin beds with pull-out trundles (beds have regular mattresses, trundles have futon mattresses) Kitchen: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking basics, Crock-Pot, toaster, island w/ seating Indoor living: Living room with Smart TV (no cable, bring your own device logins and passwords ), dining table with six chairs, ceiling fans, front office with desk/workstation . The fireplace is decorative and not functional. Outdoor living: swimming pool, covered back patio w/ seating, patio furniture, fully-fenced yard. Note that there is NO separate fence around the pool. The house backs up to trees and offers privacy. The pool is serviced weekly March through September. The pool is not serviced October through February and cannot be used during that time period. The pool is not heated and will likely be cold in the fall and early spring. While the pool is professionally serviced and cleaned on a regular basis from March - September, this is an outdoor pool in an area with a lot of trees. Guests should expect to have to skim the pool, most likely daily, due to the amount of trees in the area. A pool skimmer is provided. NO swimming is permitted 10/1 - 2/28. Pets considered on case by case basis
