STUDIO A - 2000sq ft office space has 2 Elegant "Royalty Room" sets which include a black and gold "Gothic" Set and a Red/ White/ Gold "Royal" set. All Furniture and props pictured are also included. Also includes 2 "Light Room" Sets which feature a neon light lines side, which can be changed to any colors, as well as a "Light Beams" Side which can be changed to blue yellow green or red light rays. Also includes Coffin set! STUDIO B - 2000 Sqft Warehouse includes brick walls for half the space (Large Corner Area) with FREE vehicle access included! It also includes the arrow LIGHT WALL with any colors and plenty of effects! wall is 11ft tall x 27ft wide and can be perfect for music videos, cars, dance videos, and more!!! Also includes a 9ftx9ft backdrop area for pictures or green screen (colors include green, white and more colors available on request). Warehouse also has a full size boxing/wrestling ring set (16ft x16ft) with props that include gold gloves and a gold microphone available for add on price! (Boxing ring/runway/flamethrowers etc are add ons for an additional price) Warehouse has AC for comfort year round! Changing Room available if there is no booking in studio A using it. (we are a shared studio space with 2 studios) Booking also includes use of our changing/make up room. Please be respectful of sound, we are in a business center with other businesses working, so if it is early on a week day for example please watch your sound levels. Weekends are better for loud music. Studio is located about 5 minutes away from IAH airport on the north side of Houston so it’s perfect for any features or directors flying in from out of town.
