Westwood Vintage Conference Room w/ Private Balcony

This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for professionals, students, teams, entrepreneurs and more! Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8 am -6 pm for discounted pricing. Usage: The space is great for hybrid teams, auditions, team meetings, job interviews, classes, workshops, presentations, production meetings, small start-up teams, private workspaces, and more! The table can be extended and accomodate up to 12 people or can be used as a desk. If your session requires complete silence, this may not be the best option for you. We’re on a Main Street and with the balcony doors the room is not 100% soundproof. Keeping the doors closed will minimize any noise. Neighborhood Details: The workspace is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28-foot balcony with a great view of the village. NOTE: All of our spaces are monitored with 24/7 video survaillence cameras for security and liabilty reasons. For your privacy, we DO NOT record audio and will also not honor any request to disable the video surveillance cameras for any reason.
