Welcome to St. Elmo! A historic neighborhood 10 mins from downtown Chattanooga. St. Elmo is a residential neighborhood with homes dating from the early 20th century. A walking path can be found behind the home that weaves along the Tennessee River to downtown Chattanooga. Easily walkable to the downtown area. It is an entertainer's dream, and a piece of art in itself. Each room has something unique and gives a "wow" factor. There is a mid century modern/art deco vibe that can be felt throughout the space. The color palette is bright but warm and inspiring. Wood accents are found throughout the home, giving it an even more unique character. There is no other home like it. This space is great for photographs and videos. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and flows with the home. Moody but comfortable, it is another great area for entertaining. Open the garage door and you have a great indoor/outdoor area. The outdoor area is what really sets this home apart. An above ground pool with space to sun bathe (not heated, currently closed for winter) will be a lot of fun in warm weather. A hot tub that sits 4-5 people is great for staying warm. There is plenty of space for more yard games like corn hole. Or have a seat on our outdoor patio and enjoy the view. We recently had a film crew in the home that shot some scenes for a commercial.
