While lighting, grip gear, and microphones are included in the hourly rate, you are welcome to bring whatever gear you prefer - including furniture and wall art. See the studio photos for a breakdown of the included gear. This studio rental price also includes an overhead lighting grid to suspend lights and mics. The studio rental price also includes multiple 10x8 backdrops including green screen, as well as a thick black (or grey) curtain that wraps the whole set. The house lighting (dimmable track lighting) surrounds the whole set. Furniture options include everything seen in the default studio photo, including the 2 soft interview chairs, rug, wall art, and plants. 4 basic black barstools, and 12 black stackable chairs are also included. Please feel free to inquire about additional seating and furniture add-ons. Other features include an on-air light, quiet climate control, and 2-way intercom system to the green room/lounge. The green room/lounge includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, Keurig coffee, toaster, electric tea kettle, and sink. There is also a screening area with sofa seating, a ping-pong/conference table w/12 chairs, an inkjet printer, 4 bar stools, a make up mirror, wardrobe hanger, restroom/changing room/wet-room/shower, with high-speed WiFi throughout the facility.
