This is a unique space that consists of a Greece and Tulum inspired design. Unfortunately, we do not accept any late night parties. Clients will have access to the whole backyard and an open layout garage for additional space! Located in the North Hollywood / Burbank area. Easily accessible from the 5 and 134 freeway. Lots of street parking available & a few parking spots available in the driveway. HOURLY RATE: Hourly rate is based on a total number of people that will be on the property. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review our Peerspace's cancellation policy below for booking. REQUIRED SITE REP FEE: For all event bookings an additional Site Rep fee will be charged for all shoots of $25 per hour. The site rep is there to oversee your event and to answer any questions you may need throughout your booking. REQUIRED CLEANING FEE: (This fee covers wear & tear of the property, and keeping it up kept.) 1-20 people = $165 21 people and Up = $250 TRASH: Any large trash must be removed from the premises after the booking. Large productions must bring trash with them, or call a trash pick up service. We recommend: Legacy Trash Removal: (909)566-3090 Clients must still return the space how they entered it. Please note, that we do not profit from any additional fees, including Site Rep fees, cleaning fees, etc. We simply charge the day rate/ hourly rate (or expense), factor in payroll taxes, and Peerspace's commission of 15% on top of said rate/ expense. REQUIRED INSURANCE: The Guest/ Client will need to submit a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing owners name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. Also, please be sure to include proof of Workers Comp. insurance if applicable. If you don't have insurance please let us know, and we'll work on securing one for you at a very reasonable rate in all but 5 minutes. We recommend, eventhelper.com to get your insurance. OR we will hold a security deposit for your booking, until a walkthrough is completed, making sure there are no damages to the property. AREAS OF USE: All of the Backyard area, including garage with 1 full bathroom, is all yours during your booking!
