Our cozy property was built in 1956 and has the charm of mid century modern mixed with a modern farmhouse vibe. We have backgrounds in hospitality, legal, and business. I am a certified sommelier with over 20 years in restaurant experience. Main floor includes bench seating, couch seating, fireplace, wine cellar wall and a full bathroom. (Main floor can accommodate up to 25 people). Upstairs includes two spaces perfect for changing rooms and photo/film opportunities. There is a large backyard area including deck seating, fire pit, beautiful landscaping, and more. (Back yard can accommodate 100+ people weather permitting). This is truly a flex space and can be used for any occasion or event. Feel free to message me anytime and I'm happy to answer any questions you have! We look forward to hosting your next event! Due to having multiple bookings in one day, please include set up and cleanup time in your booking hours. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our fence, walls inside or out. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS - No shoes allowed indoors - No parties without prior consent from owners - No loud music after 12 AM - Remove all trash or food - Space must be left in the same condition - Please do not adjust Air Conditioner or Heat - Do not scratch the hardwood floors - No glitter can be used - There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. - Please DO NOT flush any other items other than toilet tissue down the toilet Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. We offer spaces for photo shoots, weddings, networking events, cocktail parties, business meetings, baby showers, anniversaries, and more. . We look forward to catering to all your venue needs.

Our highly trained team will ensure you receive a consistent, high standard of cleaning before your booking. Our attention to detail will show you that we understand the needs and the expectations of clients. We clean ALL hard and touched surfaces between each booking: Clean window sills, baseboards Vacuum furniture Vacuum the carpets and mop all floors Empty and clean all wastebaskets Clean & Sanitize all high-touch points (light switch, doorknobs, etc.) Staging and final guest-ready touches Clean & Disinfect countertops Shine the mirrors Clean and sanitize toilets and sinks Replace hand towels with fresh ones Replace/Remove used Toilet paper rolls

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
