Norman Tudor Estate continues to expand its offerings for film and photography. Please note this 4200 square foot French Normandy chateau (akin to Tudor and other half timber homes) is under constant revision. Photos shown may differ from the current state. With sufficient lead time, we will do our best to customize the look and feel of any space to suit your needs - including wall, window, and bedding treatments, a variety of furniture and breadth of props. Ladies costumes from late 1800s to present, including wedding dresses, hats, coats, gowns, separates and lingerie are available to rent (rental is required to cover the expense of cleaning between uses). Guests are encouraged to use the space creatively. Sets include parlor, various bedrooms, master bathroom with tub, multiple fireplaces, great room, tea room, downstairs bedroom, multiple outdoor nooks and more! Period décor and authentic antique furniture are available for use. Host strongly recommends potential guests schedule a site walkthrough to assure your needs are met. Host can accommodate in person or video walkthroughs, and will send photos upon request. Unfinished rooms and areas of the house make for interesting, one of a kind locations. The perfect backdrop for your film and photography needs. Ideal for period pieces, engagement and other milestone photography, commercial use, short films, feature films, music videos or even a horror film. Massive windows for natural lighting and plenty of room to stage and set up equipment, lights, catering, production village and more.
