This is a versatile community venue in the beautiful Stone Mountain, GA area, perfect for private events, corporate meetings, creative sessions, and so much more. It is a 3,000 sq ft multi-use space that offers various services and amenities, including our dual-use areas, such as our conference/computer room, open studio/classroom, counseling/dressing room, and lounge/coworking area. In addition to dedicated space for all your intimate event needs, we have a nonprofit organization that also offers membership opportunities, events, workshops, and resources our community needs to succeed. Cleaning and Damages Clients are expected to return to the facility in how they received it. The Client is responsible for regular cleaning of reserved areas after the project concludes, including the disposal of ALL trash generated in the dumpster on-site, removal of any materials or decorations, sweeping rental floors, cleaning the kitchenette, ensuring that bathrooms are orderly, and bathroom trash is taken out. Any leftover food MUST be removed from the premises. All spills must be wiped up. Pillars will be responsible for mopping the floors; however, food or spills left on the floor will result in the forfeiture of part of all of the cleaning/damage deposit. Any costs associated with cleaning and damages related to the project that is deemed above and beyond the normal wear and tear are subject to forfeiture of part or all of the deposit. Any damages exceeding the deposit amount are the responsibility of the Client. Cleaning time should be included in the Client’s rental time. Clients must pay a $100 clean-up fee before the event if they do not want to clean after the project. If clean-up is not paid and the Client chooses not to clean after their event, the Client will forfeit refundable damage and clean-up deposit.
