Comfortable modern townhome with spacious living area, dining room, and outdoor patio nestled next to a small garden. As you drive up to the address you will see parking spots open under the building. Pull into the one closest to your left. The key is located in a lock key box at the end of the parking ramp on the handrail. Once you have the key, walk back up the ramp and turn right and around the garden and enter unit #1. You will find all the basic amenities in the kitchen, dining room, and the living room. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in or outside the rental. Under the Santa Monica Clean Air Act, it is against the law to smoke anywhere 20 feet near an entrance or window of a building.
