This beautiful patio space is located in the Montclair District of Oakland. The patio is located behind the CRUfit fitness club. The 1350 square foot patio space is comprised of an 1100 square foot gathering area and a 250 square foot stage. The space is very private and is surrounded on all four sides by colorful garden-themed murals by Oakland artist Zoe Boston. The space has a theater-like feel which is heightened by the 30+ foot high signature mural and stage on the west end. Overhead string lights provide a festive feel and spotlights make the large murals on the west and east ends pop after dark. A high-end sound system including a mixing board to accommodate live music and wireless microphones for vocal performances and speakers is included. Use of separate men's and women's locker rooms and bathrooms is included. Options: - Use of kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, sink and food prep area can be included. - Use of indoor training studio (1300 square feet) and lobby area can be included. - Use of separate men's and women's showers and saunas can be included. The space is well-suited for outdoor parties, corporate gatherings, team-building, outdoor banquets and fund-raisers/auctions. Instructors are available to lead group fitness classes (rowing, cycling, strength training, yoga and dance) as part of your event.
