A 2,400 sq ft, light-filled conference / event / reception space, equipped with state-of-the-art sound, screens and presentation facilities, including cameras for online streaming and integrated Zoom system. The Conference Center has its own sun deck at the rear and a dedicated entrance. Its built-in antique bar area is perfect for refreshments service. A unique venue for conferences, off-sites, meetings and summits, the space is also a special place for seated dinners and receptions, or hybrid business / social events. The Conference Center can accommodate 200 for a standing reception, 160 theater-style, 120 for seated dinners. All rentals include a dedicated event manager for pre-arrangement and on-site, use of in-house AV with operator and setup and free use and pre-set of in-house furniture. The venue has a complete list of vendors and suppliers for all necessary additions such as bar, catering, rentals, AV etc. Its windows on three sides show incredible views of the Bay Bridge, downtown SF, the Ferry Building and the East Bay. In January 2025 $600K was spent on stabilization technology for the Klamath to minimize any sensation of movement on this beautiful historic event space
