Whimsically Charming Art House

Built in the 1920s this 3 bedroom home is filled with charm and flooded with sunlight. This summer it was lovingly restored to highlight beautiful original features like crown molding, slate fireplace hearth and heart pine floors. As a mixed media artist and textile designer, styling and decorating this home has become a fervent passion of mine. Every visual detail in the home was intentionally curated and chosen by me. Each room has a thoughtful color palette, playing up sun-washed pinks, deep neutrals and unexpected pops of color. Most furniture is curated vintage from mid century modern to fun 90s pieces. Throughout the home you’ll find soft silhouettes, whimsical details and of course lots of carefully collected and hand created art pieces. The space is fluid and ever changing. This is a wonderful backdrop for photoshoots, short films, music videos and other creative content. There is also a sweet little backyard with some grass, porch, brick patio and garden in the spring/summer! The entire house is available for use I just ask that you give me an idea ahead of time what spaces you will want to work in. The wifi has its own QR code for ease of access. I will be there to let you in but typically leave for the duration of of your shoot. I also have a cat but I typically take him elsewhere during shoots.
