Our home is a newly remodeled 70's modern 1800 sq ft home conveniently located at the 78/I-5 interchange in Oceanside, CA. The remodel kept the preservation of our environment a number one priority. When we chose the materials and processes in our remodel, we asked ourselves: Will these items last? When these items eventually make their way to the landfill, which unfortunately they will, will they decompose without harm? Were they made with integrity and care for those who made them? We hope you choose our home because of it's beauty and because it reflects the values that promote sustainable living. The house sits on an UNlandscaped 1/3 acre lot with green views. Fifteen foot vaulted ceilings with custom beam and wood detail. White Oak wood floors from Nashville, TN are consistent throughout the home. Kitchen has been updated with white oak cabinets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Bertazzoni Appliances, Heath ceramic tiles, and natural concrete countertops. Bathrooms have been updated with School House Electric light fixtures, Kohler plumbing fixtures, made in Texas white wall tiles, Quarry Tile floors, and natural concrete countertops. Space includes unique 170 sqft outdoor Atrium in center of house. We generally do not accommodate walk-throughs, but can occasionally be arranged at our hourly rate paid in 30 min. intervals.
