About the Space: Our studio is a creative community space, located in a large historic industrial warehouse with tons of natural light, white walls, and beautiful 13' windows that look towards the Bay. The space available for rent is a 250 square/ft room with white walls and incredible natural light. Please note there's another separate room in the studio for creatives who work in letterpress and bindery. The space for rent is the natural light studio in the photos. The space is perfect for photoshoots, video production, intimate events, art shows, pop ups, performances, fundraisers and workshops. Accessibility + Parking: There is unmetered street parking, a freight elevator, and carts if you're bringing in heavy things. Amenities: - backdrop stand - 2 tripods for studio lights - 1 photo tripod - extension cables - phone + speaker charger - clothing rack - steamer - bathroom + sink - backdrops (available as an add on)

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT * If the previous renter didn’t clean, send me a photo via Peerspace. * To avoid additional fees: * Cut and roll up dirty seamless paper—don’t cram into trash. * Take your props,balloons, flowers, and confetti with you. * Food and beverages trash can go in the white bins by the women’s restrooms * Return furniture/props to their original places. * Send me a checkout photo via Peerspace. * Lock up and return the key to the padlock.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
