This is a beautiful, open loft rental studio in a clean, newly renovated building with awesome natural light! Whether you're an individual artist, a small business owner, or even a large corporation looking to have a team of creatives work on your project, we are there to help you with your creative vision. We provide a range of professional equipment that is simple to use and easy to understand. Our space is located in East Williamsburg and an easy 15 minute train ride from Manhattan. We are an 8 minute walk from the Morgan L subway stop and we have plenty of street parking in the area. You'll get professional equipment, access to our beautiful loft space with lots of light, and unmatched customer service. ~You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. $20 per seamless pull/color. Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it. Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet.

Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
