Intimate boutique space's in grand historical house with multiple smaller lounges & more open spaces. Spaces indoors will accommodate 55 dining, 70 standing, 40 classroom and includes lounges. Kitchen use had a cleaning charge. Outdoor spaces include 1200 sf wrap-around porch for dining, meeting, cocktails, classes. Picturesque grounds & lawns to roam, dine, mingle, meet, or party.
