There is a corn/bean rotation. The property was recently annexed into the city of Warsaw and is conveniently located to access SR 15 and US 30 as well as restaurants and retail. The upper barn leads to a second floor deck outside with a spectacular view then the staircase down to a cocktail patio. There is a corn crib and picturesque wellhouse. There is a woodshop on the property that is not included. There is a farmhouse on the property that is not included. Venue owners have 10 years experience as Airbnb hosts. Amanda is a school librarian. Jon is a master carpenter. No pets living on the property.
