Stylish Victorian terraced house

A stylish Victorian terrace in Walthamstow, London fully renovated in 2016, situated on a quiet residential street. Small private garden out the back. House can be used for filming, photo shoots, commercial shoots and more. On street parking available - visitors passes cost £1 an hour Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm, free evenings, weekends and public holidays. The nearest tube station is around 15-20 min walk away (Victoria Line), or 5 min bus ride, and there are two overground stations within a 10-12 min walk away. We have a cat so not suitable for those with cat allergies. We could potentially hire the space outside the hours advertised - just check with us first.
