Perfect for Maternity, Newborn, Family, Portrait, and Branding Photographers. PLEASE NOTE - FROM MID-OCTOBER THROUGH DECEMBER - the space will include holiday styling throughout the main shooting area. This is provided at no extra charge, but please note that during this time period, the studio may not work for those wanting a plain studio backdrop. The space includes a changing room, a mini fridge, a coffee & tea bar, and powder room access (in the basement of the main house - but very professional and easily accessible from the studio). FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS: The space gets good natural light, but it is recommended to shoot with additional lighting to achieve the best results. This space is a converted garage with east-facing French doors, so if you would like to use natural light only, it is best to shoot in the studio before noon. Included with your fee is the use of multiple backdrop options, plenty of wraps and blankets for Newborn sessions, multiple seating options for differing party sizes, two Nugget Comfort couches for Newborn and more casual sessions, a posing bean bag with posing pillows, a coffee & tea bar with a mini fridge (including water and snacks). Also included is access to the studio wardrobe (for maternity and newborn clients) a rolling stand and a 7’ parabolic umbrella if you would like to bring your own lighting equipment - or use the provided Westcott FJ400 Strobe with trigger (you are responsible for ensuring the set up of the trigger for your specific camera type, but the manual will be provided and all gear will be fully charged). This space is heated with a mini split, and the usual temp is set to 70 degrees - let the studio owner know what temp you would like for your session. You may also adjust the temperature when you arrive (the space is kept warmer for my Newborn clients - and heats up quickly). A space heater is also provided for the Newborn session.
