Take a short 7min drive to explore Leiper’s iconic shops and restaurants, or 12min to the historic architecture of downtown Franklin. This well-designed 260sq ft tiny house teeming with natural light is perfect for product, brand, or lifestyle shoots, or podcast recordings. The layout has the living space, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs, with a small upstairs loft accessible by a ladder. The space has a beautiful full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen with a gas oven, fridge, and microwave, and a dining area for up to 3 guests. There's also a quaint seating area with ROKU Smart TV and a mini library. Best uses: Podcast or Youtube recording, interviews, product, lifestyle or brand shoots, video recordings.
