This space is a clean, newly updated studio in the heart of Culver City. Perfect for photoshoots, small commercial shoots, product shoots and fittings. The main stage consists of an open floor plan of about 2000 square feet, and cyc walls spanning 12'x20'x8'. We have a shootable kitchenette area with brick walls and a large frosted window that can be blacked out for controllable lighting. There is an insulated automatic roll-up garage door that makes access very convenient with large equipment from the main street entrance. There are enough tables and furniture to host team members inside and outside for lunchtime. We also have a small gated backyard that we usually keep 1-2 cars or our production van. In addition to the kitchen, you will have access to a double vanity greenroom. For beauty shoots, we also offer a fully functional hair washing station for an additional fee. Grip and electric equipment is available on site for a separate rental fee. Main stage is not fully soundproof, but has been treated for neighbors and can work for some audio recording if the AC is turned off and all other street noise cooperates. We are working off 100A, but have upgraded the amount of circuits around the stage to ensure a smooth production without tripping often. There is one outlet that should be dedicated for a high powered LED key light, and with the cyc prelit, the additional lighting should handle any electric needs your team may need. Using toasters, microwaves, blow dryers and other heat conducting appliances should be strategically spread out over multiple outlets as well.
