Brand newly built 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom house with luxury, mid-century modern feel with large windows and great natural light. There's a beautiful view of a large oak tree from the master bedroom on the 2nd floor that also could be viewed from the master bedroom spacious deck or the attic. Every room and bathroom was thoughtfully designed and showcases different aesthetic look. Each room has its own en-suite bathrooms. There's a screen-in patio with 2 commercial egg chairs and outdoor furniture for a lifestyle/wellness vibe and there are two additional outdoor patios. The backyard has a fire pit (welcome to use but please bring your own logs) and an outdoor dining table. The house is primarily booked for the indoor space. Please note that you'll have private access to everything including the screened in patio, and patios located off the bedrooms but the backyard is a shared space with the back unit. Please note the outdoor areas are not guaranteed to be "photoshoot ready" as there may be leaves on the ground in the fall/winter, foliage/plantings may be dead/leafless in the winter. The backyard with fire pit is a shared space with the back unit. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees.
