This includes a large great room with a custom-built quartzite fireplace, chefs kitchen, formal dining room, breakfast nook, built-in study space, and home office/lounge area. The large laundry room and home gym are also available for shoots! The home features tall ceilings, bright walls and cabinetry, and walls of windows that go on for days! You will love the natural light, perfect for photo shoots and video shoots. Need to dim the light? No problem. The majority of the main spaces feature either drapes or plantain shutters. Aberdeen boasts the home owner's personal collection of art, featured in many rooms and nooks throughout the home. The formal dining room feels like another world, covered in an Italian mural tree scene—so unique and special for a photo shoot! A beautiful first-floor bathroom is available for use as well, right off the main living space so that it's convenient for renters. Looking to book a kitchen shoot? No problem. The space offers two ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators—one in the kitchen and one close by in the walk-in pantry. We can't wait to welcome you to Aberdeen!
