Located on the 10th floor, stunning city views from all windows with an Ocean view from the North facing window. industrial style feel with arched windows and exposed concrete floors and 700sqft of usable space. South facing - direct sun starting afternoon West facing - direct sunset light into the evening Studio is equipped with: -v flat -roll papers (inquire about current colours) -bellini cream couch -accent chair (cane + wood) -reflector -marble table with two chairs and two stools -floor length mirror -stool -various boxes for sitting/styling -plants, variety of sizes -bench -clothing rack -steamer -Endy Mattress (queen size), perfect for lifestyle or boudoir set ups (linen bedding available for a fee or bring your own for free). -prop cupboard (vases, mugs, books, candles etc.) -curtain wall (hides mattress when not booked, and provides varied backdrop options) Purposely keeping the space minimal, but with enough items to create a lifestyle vibe or keep it simplistic. If you'd like the bed to be set up please note that when booking. This is my personal studio space that I love sharing, but please be mindful to treat it as if it was your own. Load in/out is part of your booked time, please plan accordingly. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. There is a security camera monitoring the main entry door, if you need to change the second room has a door with no monitor or there is a bathroom down the hall. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind.

Bookings are spread out to ensure it is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Linens (if added on) are washed and changed between use, hence the usage fee.

Standard 90 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 90 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
