Gowanus/South Slope sun-filled, owner-occupied two-family house with plenty of space for cast, crew and equipment! The house has new cedar siding, wood floors, a large wood deck off of the kitchen, and a private garden including bluestone path, koi pond, and rear bricked area for grilling. Flexible space has been used for diverse projects, including fashion shoots, digital ads, and films of various genres. Our goal is to get you what you need and then get out of your way. The master bedroom is an extension under the deck and has handsome Andersen sliding glass doors and screens to the garden. Two other bedrooms are on the ground floor (one front guest room with sofa bed and one dressing room with spare queen bed). Den/office/exercise/yoga area on ground floor sits in between the front and rear bedroom areas.
