The proximity to downtown LA, Glendale, Hollywood, and West Hollywood makes it an ideal location for exploring the many beautiful parks and attractions nearby. Inside, the house is spacious and stylishly furnished, offering all the comforts of home. The living room features ample seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and stocked with essential toiletries. Our house rules include that furniture cannot be removed from the building, but furniture can be moved around the house and any furniture moved around the house must be returned back to its original position. Additionally, wall decorations can be removed but must be fixed back appropriately to their original position without damaging the wall decorations nor the wall. Any changes must be requested and approved by the appropriate authority. Our house is centrally located, making it easy to access most attractions in LA. Dear Guests, We take cleanliness very seriously, and we want you to feel comfortable and safe during your stay. Here's how we keep our Peerspace listing clean: Our cleaning team follows CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting. All high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. All linens, including sheets, towels, and blankets, are washed in hot water and dried on high heat. We use cleaning products that are effective against viruses and bacteria. Our team wears gloves and masks while cleaning to prevent the spread of germs. We provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for your use during your stay.
