We are so excited to share our Malibu Villa with you and your group! This 5,800 square foot Villa was custom-designed by local Christopher Scott. We absolutely love how spacious the home is with all the different entertaining areas- giving guests the ability to move around freely without any cramping of any area of the home. There are 4 large bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 7 beds and a huge first floor for entertaining. Chef’s kitchen. The bedrooms are extremely spacious with bathrooms to accompany rooms. There are large windows in each room showcasing each side of the homes surrounding nature, views, ocean and beauty. The home is extremely private and exclusive. Although the home is very private you are only 7 minutes away from Pacific Coast Highway/ Latigo Shores Beach. Be prepared to enjoy our amazing home and all of our outdoor areas! Swim and sun bathe on the beautiful pool deck with ocean views! Then BBQ and have lunch at the outdoor dining table! At night come lounge at the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows under the moon light and enjoy the many visible BRIGHT stars. You can take less than a mile walk to the trail with Chumash Indian ruins and explore! Also, explore many other local trails and discover local restaurants and shops within a short car ride.
