The first floor features a large kitchen, a breakfast/lunch nook adjacent to the kitchen and open to the backyard. The dining room features a large table (can comfortably seat 8-10 ppl). The 2nd floor features a large playroom, filled with natural light, a library with a massive couch and a guest bedroom (which has its own reading nook/office space). Can be used to film, take professional pictures, host a lunch or dinner. The front side of the space gets natural light in the morning, the back side in the afternoon. To be noted that this is our house where we live.
