Fully decorated 60s inspired living room and bedroom set inside a spacious 5000 square-foot studio. Green Room and Lobby area are included spaces in the booking that allow every talent and crew member to feel comfortable during the shoot. Mid century practicals and a back-lit capable acrylic wall gives a lot of flexibility for different lighting designs in the set. Lounge on the custom 8 foot blue vinyl squiggle couch or recline on the sunken in carpeted bed that doubles as a conversation pit. One of a kind artwork lines the walls that can be moved around to frame any vignette in the space. A bonus seamless 9' wall is included in every rental for additional content or set-ups. Colors include White, Black and Tech Green. Upon arrival use our loading dock and 12'x10' loading door to enter the space. Studio is located on the first floor and has controlled lighting. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
