This unit offers a modern living space, perfect for production. Unit 3 - 2 bed unit We have high speed internet (fast enough for Zoom, Netflix, etc.) Open plan living, kitchen and dining area. All of the normal appliances and utensils Including: Fridge / freezer Stove Toaster Microwave French Press Coffee Baking sheets and measuring supplies Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed Bedroom 2: Full sized / double bed 1 x Full Bathrooms Backyard: This unit has a private deck area with BBQ and seating. The property has a large back yard where each unit has their own area, with large communally shared extension at the back. We welcome pets, however there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee for your booking. Nearby: We are 8 minutes drive away from Downtown Halifax and only 4 minutes to Downtown Dartmouth. We do provide Propane tanks for use with the BBQ. We don't provide wood for the fire pit. This can be purchased locally. Mobility Access - Guests will have to walk on steps in order to access the unit and also the back yard.
