Hello. Welcome to The Ranch! This Old Equestrian Ranch with lots of space and character to the land it occupies. The family ranch has seen many years in a few different industries. From farming turkeys in the mid-1900s to boarding and training horses and even farming Christmas trees. The place exposes years on the Aqua Dulce aqueduct surrounded by the valley hillsides and train tracks. There are several areas that could be used for the creativity being made by your group. Outside: - Lightly Maintained Equestrian Field - Wooden & Concrete Western / Barn Porch - Dirt Driveway Loop - Dirt Parking Lot area - Dirt Trailer Lot area Inside: - 3 Office Rooms [includes space for crafty and/or Hair & Make-Up - WiFi - Outlets and Lighting - Some Natural Lighting - Multiple Entrance/Exits Feel free to take a look through the location listing. The property has a groundskeeper who cleans the interior and exterior space. The group renting the space is required to provide their own safety and cleaning materials. You will also be requested to clean after your use of the property or a cleaning fee may apply.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation. Les annulations de réservation soumises moins de 24 heures avant l'heure de début de l'événement ne sont pas remboursables. En savoir plus
