Stella has "stellar " views and lots of outdoor space. The house is composed of a public area on the main level including a bathroom. The second floor is comprised of sleeping spaces (the property is also a vacation rental) and a large bathroom. About the Homestead: Originally built in 1904 by homesteaders Isaac and Eva Jatko with the help of noted log builder Nels Juso and his sons, Stella (yes, Stella!) is unique and beautiful. Stella is a rare, historic two-story hand-hewn log homestead cabin with slate floors, gorgeous old-growth log walls, and beamed ceilings in a beautiful setting.
