The building is centrally located, easy to reach by bike, car or public transit, and offers easy parking and walkable access to cafes and restaurants. ** Please note, we are located on the 2nd floor. Our studio is not wheelchair accessible. The building is almost 100 years old - this unique space has been seismically retrofit with updated plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The studio has an angled ceiling, with a height that varies from 9-11' tall.
