Here you will find, a high-spec kitchen combined with a dining area which has an original oval G-plan dining table and 1x single door leading out to a private patio and garden which also has rear access to the house. On the ground floor level there is a hallway, a warm spacious living room with statement black glass diving doors and a modular sofa with lots of seating, but also allows you to change the layout of the seating in the room. There is an abundance of modern features such as electric fireplace, glass lamps, alcove decor and mounted flat screen tv and Sonos speaker. The house is furnished with a combination of high-end furniture and modern tasteful art. Please book enough time to set up/settle in and pack away. This is our family home so, unfortunately we cannot provide any additional hours free of charge. If you wish to extend your booking or change the booked hours then please give 48 hours notice and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible. Please note that your business/company must have its own insurance in place in order to book this location. Great for small scale photo shoots, video shoots and commercial shoots.
