Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill Open Concept School and Space

This open concept space is large and versatile, perfect for events, birthday parties, meetings, and whatever fiesta you can imagine. Our large space is (2500 sq ft) filled with large windows making it a bright and beautiful backdrop for any event. The space is much like a canvas ready for you to make of it what you will. Whether it is a photoshoot, a gathering of humans, or an inspiring space to engage in creative work, the open concept space provides opportunities for ideas to flourish. The space can be transformed into one large room , 2 medium rooms, or 3 smaller rooms! All rooms are open concepts, with movable furniture so it is more a suggestion of dividing space than the creation of separate rooms. Rooms are recommended for events with various different things going on. Essentially, there are many possibilities to how this space can be used. Due to the physical labor of transforming the space we charge an extra set-up break-down fee for renters who choose an open concept design. Kiddie toilets are not accessible should you choose an open one-room concept. Maximum Capacity for the space is 75.
