Open Concept Studio in LoSo

We are an open concept studio located in the LoSo area of Charlotte. The space 1,800 square feet with a reception area, main studio open floor space, and has two restrooms. Our space is fantastic for birthday parties, cocktail parties, meetings, dance classes, "Friendsgiving" or other holiday events, family events, bingo contests or fitness classes. The space has overhead lighting that can illuminate the space or intimate dimmed lighting for an evening social. Reception area can easily convert to a bar area for cocktail parties. We offer tables and chairs as part of our hourly rental rate. As a party rental space we offer the below amenities: * Fans * Sound system with both Aux and Bluetooth Capabilities *Microphone * Temperature controlled space * High Speed Internet * 6 - 8' tables * 50+ chairs * 3- 6' table* 4 high top cocktail tables * 1 - 4’ Table Add-Ons Available * Black spandex table coverings As a fitness studio, we have the below amenities: * 20+ Workout Mats * Dumbbell Weights ranging from 3lbs - 12lbs * Sanitizing Wipes * Fans * Sound system with both Aux and Bluetooth Capabilities * Water dispenser available to fill water bottles * Temperature controlled workout space * High Speed Internet Please be sure to book enough time to accommodate both any set up time you need and clean up time.
